BROTH AND DUMPLINGS

Although its not snowing outside i have decided to make broth for tea!
For those of you who may not know what BROTH is .. it is fresh boiled ham with pulses, potato, carrott,parsnip,turnip,leeks,celery, all boiled up into a beautifull thick soup. served with suet dumplings... Absobloodylutley fantastic, food for the soul.
I think the pan may be slightly large however and i may be eating broth for the next 3 weeks
